HOW TO SQUEEZE EACH CUP
Our Cups are offered to Professionals and for Home Use. What we have found, is that even professionals find it difficult to use the silicone cups easily until they are trained. This is a technique that is not a western medicine or western health traditional practice and professionals as well as home users are all learning together.
We can say, however, don't get discouraged before you take a few minutes to learn. As we have discovered, with a little training, these cups can easily become a favorite. Cupping has just recently been introduced to the general public and Home Users with much success.
So let's get started!

WHICH CUP DO I USE?
Classic Lip/EYE Cup (Labelled "D" in Picture)
This small cup is used for the delicate areas on the face around the eyes, eyelids, around the lip and mouth.
PLEASE NOTE, THIS CUP DOES NOT HAVE STRONG SUCTION AS IT IS DESIGNED FOR THE DELICATE AREAS.
THIS CUP IS A SUCTION AND RELEASE LIGHT SUCTION CUP
Classic Face Cup
- This cup is specifically designed with less suction than the others as it is designed to be used on the face. You would not want strong suction on the face as it would be more likely to leave suction marks or "Cup Kisses" as we call them.
- Face Cupping & Decolletage (You have arteries that run down your neck and also across your chest, so we advise only suction and release down the front and side of the neck and across the chest)
- TMJ Work
- Posterior Neck Cupping (Always draining down)
- Top of your Hand
- Top of your Feet
Now that you have learned to squeeze your cup and learned which cup to use, make sure you visit the Warnings & Contraindications Page and the Facial Cupping Demonstration page prior to beginning. To view these plus more information visit the Members Area cupping page.
We advise you to clean your cups with Hot Soapy Water.
They are NOT Dishwasher Safe. They will MELT.
We do NOT Recommend Alcohol as it will DRY them out.
