WHICH CUP DO I USE?

Before you Begin learning about your cups and which cup to use. Please Take Note!! One common mistake is to go immediately to the largest up. Please don't do this. There are usually one to two cups that will work the best for each size of the area you are working on. We want to strongly encourage you to start with the smaller cup for the area and if the cup is gliding or moving well and not bogging down, then move to next size larger cup.
Starting with the smaller size cup for the area will decrease any unnecessary discomfort and discourage the fascia from fighting with you and against you.

Classic Face Cup

  • This cup is specifically designed with less suction than the others as it is designed to be used on the face. You would not want strong suction on the face as it would be more likely to leave suction marks or "Cup Kisses" as we call them.
  • Face Cupping & Decolletage  (You have arteries that run down your neck and also across your chest, so we advise only suction and release down the front and side of the neck and across the chest)
  • TMJ Work
  • Posterior Neck Cupping  (Always draining down)
  • Top of your Hand
  • Top of your Feet

Classic Medium Body Cup  (Labelled "B" in Picture)

  • This cup is has more suction than the face cup.  It can be used on the face as well to provide a little stronger suction, but can also be used on other parts of the body.
  • Face Cupping & Decolletage  (You have arteries that run down your neck and also across your chest, so we advise only suction and release down the front and side of the neck and across the chest)
  • TMJ Work
  • Posterior Neck Cupping  (Always draining down)
  • Top & Botton of your Hand
  • Top and Bottom of your Feet
  • This cup can be used for gliding (massaging and can also be used for stationary cupping.  Please understand this style of cup can be used for both, but does not have the strong suction as the hard plastic cups with gun.
  • Lymph Drainage
  • Joint Pain.  (Shoulders, Elbows, Wrists, Hips, Knees, Ankles, Feet) The cup can be applied and left for 1-15 minutes on painful joints (always avoiding arteries.  If you are not aware of where your arteries are, please google it).  Lubricant can also be applied and this cup can be used for massage or gliding over a painful area.  (Again avoiding arteries)
  • Can be applied to trigger points and muscle spasms to release. Can also be used to massage or glide over these same areas.  (Avoid arteries)  Neck, Shoulders, Arms, Back, Hips, Thighs, Hamstrings.  (Avoid Arteries)

Classic Large Body Cup  (Labelled "A" in Picture)

  • This cup is has more suction than the face and Medium Body cup. It is designed to be used on the large body areas where the tissue has already been softened with the Medium Body Cup.
  • After softening the tissue with the Medium Body Cup, this cup can be used on Arms (Avoiding Arteries), Legs (Avoiding the Groin and Behind the knee due to arteries).  Back, Lower Neck and Shoulder Areas.
  • Posterior Lower Neck and Shoulder Work.  These cups are too large to work on the Upper Cervical Area.
  • Shoulder , Upper Back and Rotator Muscle Areas
  • Hip Area for Pain and for Cellulite.  (Soften the area with the medium body cup first)
  • Bottom of your Feet
